Tranquil Stream Villa - sleeps 4
Surroundings
The view from the front door of our new villa is quite spectacular - a tranquil stream surrounded by an oasis of tropical plants and vegetation. At night the stream is floodlit with different colour lights.
Verdemar is one of the most attractive parts of Villa Martin - we are convinced of that. The atmosphere here is so peaceful and relaxing that we decided that we need look no further than immediately behind our first villa to buy our second. Our guests agree!
The villa is fully double glazed. At the front there is a small patio terrace with its very own palm tree! At the rear, a small private garden, which really is a sun trap. To shade you from the sun in the afternoon, we have installed a large canopy style blind. The patio area has a table and reclining loungers. There is also a garden shower, installed to keep you cool.
There is a solarium upstairs with a barbeque area. It has a full complement of patio furniture.
Which of our Villas should you choose? They are different and its down really to your own tastes and requirements. This new one has a slighlty more spacious feel to it and has modern furnishings - the other is perhaps a little more "homely".
In terms of travel convenience, we are ideally situated - only 60 minutes south of Alicante Airport and 20 minutes north of San Javier (Murcia) airport.

The Main Rooms
All rooms are fitted with additional ceiling fans, and each window with mosquito /fly screens, which are a great asset enabling you to keep the windows open day and night without encoraging the insects in!
The Living Room
Satellite TV, CD player, Video & DVD player. Two settees (one three and one two seater)
The Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobe space. One bedroom is fitted with pine furniture and has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
The second bedroom has two single beds and bedside cabinet.
The Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has every appliance you could wish for.
Utility Room
Just off the kitchen there is a well equipped utility room which has a washing machine, fridge freezer and a full sized dishwasher - so you can have a holiday from washing up as well!
The Solarium
At the top of the villa is our roof solarium with patio table and chairs - the very best place to get that all important tan!
The Rear Garden
Furnished with tables and chairs for you to eat out and enjoy the sun. We have installed a BBQ and supplied a full range of BBQ implements.
Cleaning
The properties are managed and cleaned thoroughly, after every guest, linen and towels including beach towels are provided. The bedding is changed every year, so it always remains fresh and colourful, pillow protectors are also provided.
If any problems occur during your stay you will be given a phone number and we will endeavor to resolve any problems which may occur.
