We require a deposit of £100.00 with your Booking Form. The balance (including a refundable £100 Security Deposit) is payable one month before your holiday. More Information ......

Transport

Airport Collection
We can arrange for your family/group (maximum 4 Persons) to be transported from Alicante airport to the Villa for €45 (Approximately £32) or from San Javier Murcia Airport for €35 (approx £24)


Car Hire
It is important that you realise that Car Hire companies in Spain only accept the new photo licences, so make sure you obtain one before you go.

Winter long let bookings are available, and discounted rates

Keys
Upon arrival, we will arrange for the keys to be left for you. This will be confirmed in your final details. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a key deposit of €50 for the Swimming Pool, this will be refunded when the keys are handed back on your departure
