Poolside Villa - sleeps 5 (4 adult 1 child)
Surroundings.
Our Villa almost looks like a scene from a picture postcard in its pretty setting of a quiet palm tree lined street. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it and I am certain you will see why we did. The front gardens are a rainbow of colours with their varied sub-tropical plants and shrubs. We even have our very own orange tree!
The Villa and the paths around it are all on one level.
It is so peaceful here, such a sharp contrast to some of the other modern Spanish developments we looked at. We can honestly say that this is quite the best place our family have ever found to relax, unwind and enjoy the sun. There is, of course, the added bonus of a multitude of interesting places to visit. You can really design your stay to be as busy, or as relaxed, as you wish.
Another bonus point is the ample (and Safe!) parking right outside the villa.
The Poolside Villa
The Main Rooms
For really hot summers, each room is equipped with ceiling fans. There a mixture of floor standing and box electric fans.
The Living Room
This room has a large and spacious settee and a reclining chair. For entertainment there is a satellite TV, a DVD player, a Video Tape Recorder and a CD Player, plus a small selection of tapes and discs.
The Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are furnished in traditional Spanish style. Both have built in wardrobes The first bedroom has two very comfortable single beds. The French doors to this room open onto a small balcony overlooking the mass of mauve flowers that cover the rear archway. The second bedroom is light and colourful and can accommodate three people. It has two single beds with a "pull out drawer" third bed. This bedroom also overlooks the rear of the villa.
The Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen area has a small breakfast bar and comes complete with every utensil you could possibly need - from a corkscrew to a meat grill. It is compact, but all the essentials are there - Split Level Oven & Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Toaster etc
Utility Room
Just off the kitchen there is a well equipped utility room which has a new washing machine and a dishwasher, so you can have a holiday from washing up as well!
The Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled throughout, with heated towel rail, mirrored "designer" vanitory unit in which to store your toiletries and a powerful shower.
The Solarium
At the top of the villa is our roof solarium which is the very best place to get that all important tan! It has loungers, tables (to take your favourite cocktails), an excellent barbeque and an enormous parasol to shade you at lunch time.
The Patio Terrace
Furnished with tables and chairs for you to eat out and enjoy the view. The stream at the back is lit with coloured lights at night.
Cleaning
The properties are managed and cleaned thoroughly, after every guest, linen and towels including beach towels are provided. The bedding is changed every year, so it always remains fresh and colourful, pillow protectors are also used.
If any problems occur during your stay you will be given a phone number and we will endeavour to resolve any problems which may occur.
