Welcome to Verdemar Villas, these villas are located in our opinion in one of the nicest areas of Villamartin on the Costa Blanca Coast. My family and myself bought these two beautiful villas about five years ago and have never looked back, we have had such wonderful holidays whilst staying at the beautiful area of Verdemar, we wish we had found them earlier, it's such a tranquil lifestyle here a sharp contrast to the fase pace of life in the UK.

The Poolside Villa has a very traditional "Spanish" feel to it. The front garden of Poolside Villa has a rainbow of colours, with varied sub-tropical plants and shrubs, with its sunny roof solarium a personal favourite of ours for sunbathing during the day which turns into a barbeque and entertaining venue for the evenings.

Tranquil Stream Villa has a more spacious "modern" feel, it has a very private colourful back garden, complete with garden shower and is a real sun trap. Both villas share the beautiful two tier very quiet communal swimming pool, which is kept and monitored above any expectations of cleanliness.

Which do you choose? Well I suppose it's down to individual taste, our family has no favourite preference, they love both of them for their different characteristics.

Our properties are all on a level, making everything really easy for moving luggage with parking directly outside. They are ideal for the elderly or people with walking difficulties. Our mum is partially disabled and finds it so easy to manoevre around quite confidently in both villas.

Verdemar is such a sharp contrast to many of those modern Spanish developments we looked at, we can quite honestly say this is the best place my family have ever found to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the sun. There is of course an added bonus, there is a multitude of places to visit, so your holiday can be as busy and as relaxed as you wish, from markets every day of the week, to designer shops, beaches, bars, restaurants etc. There are also many banks and supermarkets nearby.

Our Aim

Our aim is to deal with all enquiries as quickly and as efficiently as possible and to offer the best value for money. We aim to give a high standard of service on a personal level catering for all our guests individual needs. We're not a big company trying to make huge profits. We are family run and renting helps with the running costs of these two lovely properties and this is reflected in the prices. We appear to be getting things right as a number of our guests return each year, to holiday again at Verdemar, so why don't you give us a try!
