The view from the front door of Tranquil Stream is, we believe, quite spectacular - a stream surrounded by a multitude of tropical plants and vegetation, at night the stream is floodlit with different coloured lights.

At the front of the property there is a small patio terrace with its very own palm tree! A small private garden, which is a sun trap, is to the rear. To shade you from the sun in the afternoon, we have installed a large canopy style blind. The patio area has a table and reclining loungers. There is also a garden shower, installed to keep you cool and wash off any sand from the beach. Upstairs there is a solarium, which is the best place to get that all important tan and has a barbeque area (there are barbeque tools provided) with a full complement of patio furniture.

The villa is fully double glazed and the windows are fitted with mosquito/fly screens, so you can enjoy the fresh air without the wildlife.

Situation

We are only 60 minutes south of Alicante Airport and just 20 minutes north of San Javier (Murcia) airport.

Living Room

There are two settees (one three and one two seater), satellite TV, a CD player, and a video and DVD player.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen has every appliance you could wish for.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is fitted with pine furniture and has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinet. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms, the family includes toilet, sink, bath and shower, the second is an en-suite with toilet, shower and sink

Utility Room

Just off the kitchen is a well equipped utility room which has a washing machine, fridge freezer and a full sized dishwasher - so you can have a holiday from washing up as well!

Cleaning

The properties are managed and cleaned thoroughly when guests have left, linen and towels including beach towels are provided. The bedding is changed every year, so it always remains fresh and colourful, pillow protectors are also provided.

You will be provided with a spanish contact number to ring in the unlikely event any problems should occur during your stay and you can also contact us. We will endeavour to resolve any problems that may arise.
