My family and I bought two villas, Poolside and Tranquil Stream, in the Verdemar Villa complex in Villamartin on the Costa Blanca coast, about 5 years ago, in part to be able to escape from the hectic life we have in our home town of Swansea and to find some sun. We have found a lovely haven where we can relax and slow down, in our opinion, in one of the nicest areas of Villamartin.



Our aim is to deal with all enquiries as quickly and as efficiently as possible and to offer good value for money. We aim to give a high standard of service on a personal level catering for all our guests individual needs. We are family run and renting helps with the running costs of these two lovely properties and this we believe is reflected in the prices.
